How Immersive is this experience?
It is important to note that while the scavenger hunt may involve searching for props and landmarks in and around places of business, participants must not interfere with the normal operation of these businesses. Loitering or blocking entryways or exits is strictly prohibited. Participants must be respectful of the businesses and their customers, and not impede the flow of foot traffic. The scavenger hunt is designed to be a fun and enjoyable experience for all, and we ask that participants act responsibly and with respect for the community in which the scavenger hunt takes place. Participants must also respect the private property and must not enter any buildings or private areas without express permission from the owner.
Will I be in a group with people I don’t know?
Participants in the scavenger hunt have the option to work alone or in groups of their own choosing. The scavenger hunt organizers will not be responsible for pairing participants, but participants are welcome to form their own teams or work individually. Participants are encouraged to choose their group members carefully and make sure they are comfortable working with them. It is important to also note that if you choose to work in a group, all members of the group will be held jointly and severally liable for compliance with the terms and conditions of the scavenger hunt.
Are games suitable for children?
It is important to note that while children are welcome to participate in the scavenger hunt, they must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. As the scavenger hunt takes place in a public setting and will involve traversing public streets and walkways, it is essential that participants are able to control any children in their care. The safety and well-being of all participants is of the utmost importance and we encourage all adults to keep a close eye on their children during the event.
